Ultherapy side effects

I had Ultherapy performed in August 2015. The practitioner who recommended Ultherapy told me that it was a safe, preventative, and gentle treatment that would minimally firm up my skin. I was not warned about any possibility of nerve damage or fat loss. After my Ultherapy treatment, I began to experience pain, burning, dryness, and tightness in my eyes. My damage is painful and devastating. This is my story. I pray that no one else’s turns out like mine.
