A graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, Dale Jones holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering. He has also completed significant academic coursework toward a master of business administration with a concentration in business and finance. Over the course of his career, Dale Jones has held senior management positions with multiple domestic offices and divisions of United Healthcare and General Electric.

Dale Jones currently co-owns Paul Mitchell beauty schools in Louisville Kentucky, Roanoke Virginia and the cities of Nashville, Knoxville, and Murfreesboro in Tennessee. As chief executive officer of these four teaching institutions, he oversees daily business operations and develops strategies to ensure the financial strength of the franchise.

He also spearheads a number of charitable initiatives for his Paul Mitchell schools. On an annual basis, these schools make regular financial contributions to both the Children’s Miracle Network and the Wounded Warrior Project. As a volunteer, Mr. Jones recently completed Christian missionary work in El Salvador.
