Dale Gibbons

Dale Gibbons has served as a chief financial officer for more than a decade, honing his skills in value creation and problem solving. From 1996 to 2001, he worked with Zions Bancorporation. During this time, Dale Gibbons helped increase the company’s market capitalization enough to catapult it from the S&P Small Cap Index to the S&P 500.

Dale Gibbons now works for Western Alliance Bancorporation, dealing with matters such as mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. Under his leadership, the company has grown, organically and through acquisitions. It has grown to several times its original size in the decade that he has worked there.

Mr. Gibbons also excelled during his education: He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science from Arizona State University, and subsequently enrolled in a management training program. He also received the second highest score in the state of Arizona in his CPA examination.
