My goal in life is to add value to people and enrich the lives of others. By serving others and edifying those around me, I believe that I myself am enriched. I'm passionate in whatever I do; as John Maxwell aptly said, "Do something you would gladly do without compensation, then do it so well that people are happy to pay you for it." I have applied this principle to my academic career and because of it discovered my passion for finance. This major gets me excited to wake up in the morning and gives me energy on days when my body is tired. My competitive strengths stem from my constant pursuit of excellence and a tenacity for what is important to me. I've never enjoyed mediocrity and in everything I do I work to seprate myself by the quality of my work and the effort exerted. Failure to take responsibility for one's actions is a fatal character flaw and if I don't achieve my goals I never want it to be because I gave up or got lazy. My future is what I make it and I don't want to spend so much time being BUSY with small things that I forget to be PRODUCTIVE with important things.
