With a degree in retail management and distribution from Montreal's prestigious Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC), I have developed leading expertise in the creation of customer loyalty programs and relational database marketing. With more than 20 years of experience in the world of database marketing, I have played a key role in creating and implementing more than thirty customer loyalty programs for national and international organizations. In 1998, I created Diesel Data (Sid Lee), a specialized relationship marketing business unit. In 1999, he founded Segment of One (Komunik), a company specializing in personalized e-marketing solutions. And in 2001, he sold Segment of One (Komunik) to Nexxlink. I founded FANBOX, my sixth company, in 2002, where he now devotes all his time and energy.
