My rehab yoga journey is inspired by BKS Iyengar yoga teachers and my 43 years of practice of physical therapy. A recent trip (2013) to the UK had crystallized my approach further. I was introduced to the concept of postural care, which enhances my therapeutic positioning approach when working with children and adults with disabilities.
