Dalia Rosa Martin

Hi! I'm Dalia. Born and raised in New York City. I've had many lives including having a doctor father from whom I reaped no benefit only genetic maladies, a loving mother whose wise counsel saved me and strengthened my character, being an Army brat, travelled much by the time I was 10, having gone to Catholic boarding school, confirming Sephardic ancestry, being an only child to later find out I had many siblings, being in the military, going to college, having had my heart broken a pain I still carry today, married several times with this last one the best one, two children 1 living 1 not; 5 grandchildren; no pets, sadly. Wanted to do and be so many things, none materialized, others did much to my surprise. Lots of things fell into place almost as if by design, nothing to do with my will or plans. Lackluster marketing career; lackluster teaching career. Experienced several "goings back to the future" conversion to Judaism being one of them. Met very interesting people along the way. Everyone has a story, everyone can be interesting you just have to listen. Looking back it could have been better, but also it could have been worse. I had some great times and a few low ones. Yes, there are a few things I'd change, just a few. However, that was my journey, so it is what it was, and continues.
