Dali Blu

New York

Dali Blu is an electrifying performer and passionate songwriter whose powerful yet sensual, sultry voice is the true essence of her identity. Dali knows all too well that life ain't easy--there are many roads to travel. After the death of her parents, she graduated college and returned to writing, recording and performing throughout the tri-state area at venues such as a military benefit in Times Square featuring Aretha Franklin covered on "Today's Weekend NBC", legendary Apollo Theatre in Harlem, The Bitter End, New York’s China Club, the magnificent MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nashville's Gaylord-Opryland Hotel, and Sunset Station in San Antonio, TX. She sang the national anthem at the Prudential Center Arena in Newark, NJ and is currently performing with Rus Paul, son of legendary musician and inventor, Les Paul credited with inventing the solid-body electric guitar “the log” in 1941. Never short on emotional energy, her sultry vocals weave through soft, melodic ballads with a knock-down passion you feel wherever she performs. Within three years, Dali found herself struggling to express one universal truth---she had to be true to herself. So, she sat down and started writing lyrics and melodies for a new album released in May 2013, Shades of Blu and It is now, that Dali Blu has much more than a story to tell---she has a lifetime to share.
