Hello, I’m Dalisa Abreu an HR and Educational Professional from the Orlando, FL area.

I have over 8+ years of experience conducting and supporting live, web-based, and blended trainings in both the public and private sector.

I am a fan of technology, design, and education. And am currently finalizing my M.Ed. in Instruction and Curriculum with a strong desire in distance learning and instructional design.

Experience with learning management systems include: Blackboard, Canvas, and Moodle.

Highly skilled in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.

Strong ability to work well within a team environment and independently.

Knowledge of adult and distance learning theories and the ADDIE learning model.

Experience in curriculum development, training, and teaching.

Easily adapting to different work environments; from working at NYC office for a top tier Consulting Company to working for a small Manufacturing company in Orlando.
