Dallerie Davis
Dallerie Davis is an award winning, full time Realtor, who has been making her clients’ dreams come true for several decades.Dallerie is a fourth generation resident of the Black Hills, and a member of the Society of Black Hills Pioneers. Her father developed and brokered real estate and real estate development in Butte County and taught her that this is a business that requires both professionalism and caring. Her mother was a painter, sharing her aesthetic sensibility with homes made ready for the market. Dallerie later had an interior design business and art gallery, Studio Interiors. It’s the apple and tree thing!She moved to Southern California to pursue her education, and spent a few years teaching at Miraleste High School in Palos Verdes. Dallerie moved back and forth several times from California to South Dakota, but returned permanently to the Hills, having found it the more agreeable family environment.Dallerie understands the stress of relocation and the complexity involved in buying, selling, and the relocation process, and strives to alleviate these stresses and concerns for her clients.Specializing in unique properties in the Black Hills, she has several decades of experience with Hills properties and a deep connection to the region. Connection with family ranching and an early passion for horses enable her to understand the intricacies of country living, and horse properties.Dallerie has BS in education from Black Hills State University and an MA in literature from the University of Southern California. (She writes really good ads!) In between these two degrees, she also spent a year at Brigham Young University (Skiing) and Macalester College (Political Science.) She believes that education is paramount to success and has completed intensive training in a variety of topics.Passion for community and a life-time involvement with the arts evolved into a community art project of monumental scale. Dallerie co-founded the City of Presidents foundation, which placed life-size bronze statues of all our chief executives on the street corners of Rapid City.
