I am a customer success and client services champion with a BBA and over 10 years of experience helping customers and clients win, possessing a diverse background in relationship management, business analysis, CX, operations, VOC, sales and marketing across mass and specialty retail, telecommunications, digital web, market research, consumer services and BPO verticals.
I love technology for many reasons but primarily because of how an app or platform empowers people to work or live better and because we can readily amass and action data insights to improve upon customer experiences in a very agile way. My passion is helping customers of all sizes maximize the benefits of a product or service and make them fall in love with it over and over again. On the flip side, I enjoy working with teams to push the limits of our solutions (I'm not afraid to fail, failure breeds innovation) and stay ahead of the curve.
Outside of work my interests range from technology (drones and self-driving cars) to travel (National Geographic is great but why not see a destination in person?). I am also interested in gaming (specifically strategy board games), sports (I play dodgeball and could talk for hours about hockey), and food (it's half the reason I travel).
