Dorianne Alvarado

"Dorianne Alvarado graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. She has taken several courses in Architecture, and seminars related to Project Management and Renewable Energy. She has worked as Research Assistant at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), relocating to Miami, Florida and Moffett Field, California; and as an electrical engineering intern at General Electric Aviation in Evendale, Ohio while she was doing her bachelor’s degree. She worked for the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a Patent Examiner, relocating to Alexandria, Virginia for two years. She is currently working for the Puerto Rico Ports Authority in San Juan, Puerto Rico."
