Upasna Dalwadi

Hi, my name is Upasna. I live in Seattle, WA and absolutely love this city. I moved here a year and a half ago and fell in love immediately. I work as a Project Administrator at LMN Architects in Downtown Seattle.

When I not working, I am running around the city (literally). I started running long distance races last year and haven't looked back since. I have run 4 half marathons since June 2013, few 5K's & 10K's. Running makes me happy and inspires me to take risks and try new things! I just finished mentoring a group of novice 5K-ers and now mentoring a half marathon group.

Apart from running I love trying new foods, recipes and baking! I usually bake treats with unconventional ingredients and for the most part it tastes good. I love trying new sports/activities, basically anything that diverts me from the norm!

I was born and raised in India and moved to Canada in 2003. Moving to a different part of the world inspired me to take risks, learn about people and travel! I haven't explored a lot of countries yet but have travelled a lot through India, Canada and USA. This is just the beginning, I have a long way to go....
