Dameon Phillips

I am a tumbling/preschool gymnastics instructor. I have been do this type of job for awhile now. I was a waiter/bartender for two years right out of high school. While being a waiter and into being an instructor, I worked six summers as a coach for a cheerleading company. During those summers I got to see a lot of different states and cities. I have been around the world a couple of times. Does that mean I am a traveled man, who's to say? I worked overseas about four years ago. I did that for a year and a half. Now i am back doing what I like and know. I am a tumbling instructor. I take my job seriously, although it is recreational. I just don't want to be a babysitter. I try to put myself in the parent point of view. I don't want to waste my money, I want my child to benefit from this, i want to see improvement. I also coach preschool gymnastics. These are the three, four, and five year old kids. I have more patients with the younger kids. I expect the younger kids to gain focus, coordination, strength, patients, acceptance, comprehension, and everything else is a bonus. I coach mostly tumbling and I am good at it. I want to be the best at what I do. I have a girlfriend of four years. We have done a lot over the last four years. We have been to Vegas twice, Palm Springs, CA, taken a roadtrip to California, and I still love her. A bunch of first for me. It's a long distance relationship so, eventually I will make the move. My girl is the best and she supports me in the things I do. She is also quick to let me know when i am wrong. Its a good balance.Well being balanced with a partner to back you up, this is a little bit about me.
