Damian Schofield
Oswego, New York, USA
I am currently Director of Human Computer Interaction (Full Professor) at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego. I am also currently Adjunct Associate Professor of Forensic Computing at Edith Cowan University, Perth, Western Australia. I remain a director and major shareholder of Aims Solutions Ltd., a UK based company created in 2000, to create computer graphics visualization and virtual reality based simulation training products.
I have worked on projects all over the world, including collaborations with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (USA), Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (India), Federal police (Australia), Discovery Channel (Egypt), British Petroleum (UK) and The World Health Organisation (Swtzerland).
In my spare time I am an avid media consumer, books, movies and computer games mainly. I also get asked to juggle fire occasionally - I'm not very good at it but I keep trying.
