Damian Castillo

Hi, My name is Damian and I have worked in several great industries over the years. I started with engineering using 3D CAD software to design world class products with over 20 years of experience in the design field. My career path took me in the direction of management which I spent many years leading teams of talented people to achieve challenging goals.

I found a passion for managing projects and leading teams. My passion for project management comes from the challenges each project brings to the table. There is always something new to accomplish and different ways to get there. I enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, planning for success, and helping others.

Today I work for FlexLink as a Project Manager. FlexLink is the Smart Factor Experts specializing in automation. This new field brings exciting challenges my way and new types of projects to work with. I enjoy the company, the products and more importantly the people I am associated with.

I am a husband to a wonderful wife and father to a beautiful daughter. I believe in leading by example and bringing out the best in people.
