5 years ago, I could not walk out of a room without flicking the light-switch 13 times in the fear that my family would die if I didn’t do it.
Within 4 years I was speaking on stage in front of 1,200 people, sharing a stage with the Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak... as a best selling author... delivering in-depth insights on how the brain works and how to use this knowledge to grow businesses… facilitating training at the UK’s largest support centre for entrepreneurs… speaking on stages to thousands nationwide… being interviewed on the BBC and even delivering a talk at their head office in Shepherd’s Bush to senior managers… with not a compulsive twitch in sight!
How did this incredible transformation occur?
In 2011, I came across an understanding of how the human mind works that changed my life, literally overnight, allowing me to focus on the space ‘between’ thoughts, where the freedom lies.
This understanding has helped countless people worldwide, including addicts and sufferers of PTSD and many others who had been told there was no hope of change, to become free from their trapped thinking.
I've spent the last four years taking my own understanding of this new paradigm in human Peak Performance out to the world with my book ‘Do Nothing!’ (winning international acclaim and awards) and talks about how to achieve Peak Performance in every area of life.
