I work at Cippà Trasporti a Swiss B2B transportation and freight company. I'm a young manager highly motivated to push for innovation, change and positive improvement. I love to find new solutions and ways to go beyond the expectations of our clients, providing a service they can be enthusiastic about. I also involve and motivate my coworkers to commit to making this company excellent.

I'm proud to be a part of this group and to help contribute to our common objective of expanding and growing both as professionals and as a company. My dream is to contribute in ways I can to make this world around us a better place; I work every day with passion, commitment, and humility to make our ambitious projects and activities a reality.

The biggest reward for me is to be able to look back in ten years from now and see the progress we've made, working beside our team of coworkers, clients and partners; proving to them that by choosing to work with us and believing in our vision, they're rewarded with valued service, witnessing our goals accomplished, and the improvements we have made a reality.

I'm aware that to realize this dream will take plenty of energy, dedication and determination, but I truly believe that everything is possible and I know that in order to succeed at my job I'll need to face every day with intensity, motivation and enthusiasm. I feel that nobody has expressed this feeling better than Steve Jobs when he said:
