Damian Sempio has been an innovative Occupational Therapist serving the baby boomers and their parents with the only comprehensive Home Modification Consulting Firm in Hawaii. He has worked with AARP Hawaii to establish a Home Modification Curriculum, contributed to a chapter in a book about spine surgery and home modifications, and has been a guess speaker on local radio shows to highlight the importance of fall prevention through home modifications. His ultimate goal, is to decrease the costs of long term care through creative partnerships in the community as well as create a "Home Makeover" scholarship specifically for people and families with special needs.
