My Journey into healing started when I was young and being introduced to reiki and kinesiology and Bowen therapy for various ailments .
I found the treatments different and helped me change things within myself and adapt to change through teenage difficulties .
Also through injuries attained at work I was introduced to Bowen and found it more effective after 2 treatments compared to 6 treatments of remedial massage.
Years later I found myself drawn to learning these modalities and helping people as it helped me to overcome illness and injury and was guided to learn Reiki ,
Sfef kinesiology and ISBT Bowen .
