Damilola is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, dedicated to helping teenagers and young adults discover their potential. With over 5,000 lives impacted through education and empowerment initiatives in rural communities, she has witnessed the transformative power of investing in young people.
She holds a First-Class degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) and a Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
As Executive Director of Dharmarvelinspire Africa Initiative, Damilola has spearheaded projects focused on education, skill acquisition, youth empowerment, and community development. Her commitment to community development has earned her recognition, including a recent nomination for the prestigious Future Awards Africa Prize for Community Action.
Professionally, Damilola is a Senior Consultant at EY, a global consulting firm, where she leverages her expertise in project management, supply chain and operations, and organizational change management to help clients solve complex problems and achieve their goals.
Damilola is also a dedicated mentor and coach, guiding individuals on their journey to self-discovery and purpose. Through her Clarity and Purpose Discovery Bootcamp, a personal mentorship program, she has empowered over 30 individuals to discover their God-given purpose and develop a roadmap to living it.
As a gifted public speaker, inspirational writer, and teacher of God's word, Damilola inspires audiences with her message of hope, purpose, and empowerment. She is the author of "Thrive," a guide for young individuals seeking to live a purposeful life.
She is a member of the Young People Action Team for Generation Unlimited Nigeria 2025.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Damilola is a devoted wife to Pastor Uzoma Udoma and proud mother to their lovely daughter. Together, they serve at Regenerated Nations, an interdenominational ministry for youths and young adults.
