Da'Miya Harris

“I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength”. As I transition into adulthood I would like to become more confident in my future self. I am Da’Miya Harris a sophomore majoring in Apparel Design at North Carolina Central University. I dedicated 2016 as a year of confidence. I want to build my confidence as a model and a student. Becoming a confident student could help me to become a confident model. Sometimes being in the spotlight can make me feel timid. Once I am confident speaking in front of my peers, I will also the gain confidence when walking down the runway. The only way that I will be able to master my weaknesses would be to have faith and practice. As I conclude I would like to say that your strength comes from God and from within. You’ve always had the confidence it’s just the matter of if you believe in yourself.
