Damon Duala Azali-Rojas

Damon has over twenty-five years of experience in the social justice field where he has held senior leadership positions in both volunteer, consultant, and staff capacities. As a civil rights community organizer he focused on social change and race, class, and gender equity. His work spanned the fields of children/youth/families, environmental justice, public transportation, police and criminal justice reform, education reform, and movement building.

Damon has been coaching individuals and organizations since 2009 and starting in 2020 became a Co-founder and Co-Director of Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation, a coach certification school for social Justice Movement leaders. He is a Co-Author of Love Letter to the Movement: Using a Coach Approach for Healing, Justice and Liberation. He also was a Co-Founder of Evolve Altadena which is fighting to protect the Heart and Soul of Altadena after the Eaton fire in 2025.

Now as the Principal of Future Dreams Coaching and Consulting, Damon continues to believe that our ultimate goal is to support people to uncover what is really important to them, support its integration into all aspects of their life and connect to their life's purpose.

Damon is based in Los Angeles and works with clients and coach partners worldwide.
