Damon Fico

I am a Jacksonville, Florida-based father and husband who is interested in food, running, golf, volunteering and outdoor sports. My wife of 9 years, Lindsay, and I are excited to be back in Jacksonville after chasing our dreams all over North Florida the past 8 years. Damon Chandler Fico Jr. (DC) joined our team in February of 2015 and we are having a blast watching him grow up.

I was recently laid off as part of an ownership change with my most recent employer which has shaken up my world. Working in the insurance industry these last 5 years has been quite fulfilling, but I have found that what I loved the most about the various sales and marketing positions boils down to relationship building. I'm proud to say that I have built many strong relationships thru my time with the U.S. Navy, Nationwide, Aflac, and even We Insure that are still intact and thriving today.
