I have 30+ Commercial Business Software development and leadership experience. My background includes a BS/BA in Accounting/Computer Science, Executive MBA, and non-practicing CPA. I have taken many successful products to market over the years, inlcuding mobile applications and web enabled products for eCommerce. This experience included Leadership for large and small engineering teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies. I am an active member of the Southern California Quality Assurance Association (SCQAA) as well as the Project Managment Institute (PMI). Most recently I have been in the role of Senior Director of the Program Management Office for Sage North America Research and Development.

I enjoy gardening, reading, swimming, biking, walking and playing with my two Aussies. I have had the pleasure of completing eight marathons and two tri-athalons training with my husband and friends.
