I joined Pearson in late April 2011 to head up development for the Plug & Play project.

I've been involved in the world of web based services (aka APIs) since around 2001 when I wrote a number of Eclipse plug-ins and wizards for IBM's WebSphere Web Services SDK.

I am a huge fan of open source and have contributed to some open source projects, including Eclipse and Floggy in my spare time. Other spare time activies include: foraging for wild mushrooms in the New Forest and the ongoing restoration of a VW Camper.

I love to see how technology can affect positive change.
