Daniel von der Embse

Writer. Poet. Traveler. I have a long and successful career as a writer for advertising agencies in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City. I'm also a poet who has appeared in The Missing Slate, Vine Leaves Literary Journal, Harpoon Review, Poetry Pacific, and Poetry Quarterly. In the beginning, I studied to be an actor and earned a B.A. in Theatre from Ashland University. I'm also married to a great woman who is much smarter and more successful than me, and we have a daughter Alexandra (@vonderoboe) founder of Ensemble 39 (@E39music).
