Dan Weis

Dan is currently a Senior Product Manager at NCR.

At Tradeshift, Dan worked to help solve complex problems that occur with business transactions through a world-class platform. Tradeshift was a business network used by more than 150,000 companies worldwide.

At Lending Club, which revolutionized the $2.7 trillion consumer finance industry, Dan was responsible for defining and implementing product requirements to further increase the volume of loans Lending Club originates each month, reduce costs associated per loan issuance, while an increase in user satisfaction. Dan managed the feature set requirements for external customers along with the applications used by internal customers. He was the product owner of two scrum teams. During his time at Lending Club, loan volume increased from approximately $30 million a month to more than $130 million.

Prior to joining Lending Club in October 2011, Dan spent three years as a Product Manager for Microsoft in its Server & Tools and Office Divisions. Dan has extensive experience in identifying new business opportunities, launching proof of concept products, and further product updates in both small and large organizations. Dan is experienced at managing multi-million dollar budgets and P&L's. At Microsoft, Dan was tasked to lead an entire product line for IT training and oversaw a global team working on the product line.

Dan received is MBA from Boston College in 2008 in Global Management and Product Management.
