Hello,I am Head of Supportive Living Services at Taylors of Grampound. I am passionate about providing the opportunity for the people we support to integrate into society as independently as possible. I strive to ensure that this is undertaken using person approaches.

I have supported people with a wide range of complex needs over the last 20years. This ranges from supporting people with Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD and severe challenging behaviour, to people with acquired brain injuries, cerebral palsy, the late stages of multiple Sclerosis, and dementia. I have supported people in all age groups with these conditions ranging from young children through to the elderly. Over the last 20 years I have worked in a variety of positions from Support worker through to Manager.

Outside of work I have interests in tattoos and reptiles in particular Burmese Pythons of which I keep several amongst other things.
