Two values have always accompanied me in my life, passion and grit.
Two apparently opposing terms:
The term passion indicates feelings of strong intensity, momentum and a drive to succeed.
The term grit can be understood as strength and a strong determined will to reach a goal throughout different situations.
In my work as in private life, I always thought that what you do, if driven by passion and grit, are more intense and true: as a manager in companies for the planning and production of design furniture, both when I'm with my family and the people I love, and when I make music.
When I work with others I like to be able to share these drivers and to create communication, to turn on the light in their eyes.
I hope you follow me and I wonder if I can turn on the light in yours.
