About Loves: Wife, Family, Coffee, Bacon, Beans & Campfires

About Life: I live, laugh and love family and life to the fullest. Although I'm a very positive, trusting and loving individual, I purposely expect the least and worst from all. This minimizes disappointments that we all must endure in life when we always expect the best. When proven wrong, which occurs more often than not, I am truly grateful and pleased. This is especially true when children are involved. After all, kids are the reason I adopted this principle - I love them regardless.

RV’n, camping, kayaking and fishing provide great opportunities for family fun and adventure for all. These pursuits allow us to enjoy, appreciate and cherish the little things that many times go unrealized because we are so rushed. We get so caught up in the here and now that we are unable to notice and fully appreciate all the simpler things. Frame and capture these fleeting moments that happen once and only once before fading onto the next and into the past. Photos allow us to cherish these moments for a lifetime.

Our days are numbered, the clock is ticking and for each and every one of us the boulevard of life is getting shorter with each passing mile. Nothing in life is forever except for change and the winds of change are forever blowing. Knowing nothing in life is constant, except change, we are reminded that we must plan and take precaution. For these ever present winds blow constantly, relentlessly and unpredictably.

As flowers bloom, leaves fall and the birds fly south before the first snow falls, we are reminded by these ever changing winds that nothing last forever. We must always keep in mind that life is a journey and the winds, roads and tides determine our direction. Blown by these ever altering winds, death, our final destination lies ahead somewhere in the distant shadows.

Though, we are reminded that it is good to have an end to journey toward, remember, in the end, our journey and who we have touched is all that truly matters <'><
