Education -- I've been involved in education at various levels through the years - Now as a manager I look to find new ways for my staff to bring knowledge to our students. Passion is the key, understanding, the ability to think as a student, the ability to BE a student. Read. Experience. Relate. Be Interesting to yourself and to your students. I've been teaching in Korea 7 years, 4 of those years as a manager as well. Prior to that I was a supervisor at a computer consultants firm in Kentville Nova Scotia. I've worked on farms, cranberry bogs, wineries, given tours, been a tutor in university and I've enjoyed it all. More later
