An experienced real estate developer, Dana Chiles began his real estate career while still an undergraduate student at Suffolk University in the late 1980s. Taking advantage of a significantly depressed market, he purchased a distressed property in Brockton, Massachusetts. Dana Chiles then focused on multi-family units, choosing properties that offered the best possibilities for economic growth during the inevitable market rebound.
By the mid-1990s, Mr. Chiles had accumulated an impressive portfolio of properties around the Boston metropolitan area. In 1995, he founded Daisher-Chiles Companies Ltd. to manage these assets while transitioning into other real estate services, such as real estate development, real estate management, and construction services. Dana Chiles spent the next 18 years expanding his holdings to include commercial units, housing developments, and land purchases. Most recently, he has concentrated on property his rehabilitation division which has purchased and renovated hundreds of troubled asset properties.
Today, his firm maintains a reputation as one of the premier real estate companies in southeastern Massachusetts. Headquartered in Easton, Massachusetts, the organization has remained successful despite the country’s lengthy real estate crisis by implementing the savvy investment strategies Mr. Chiles first developed as a college student.
