Dana deVille

Dana deVille is an ambitious leader in the field of real estate for high-end retailers. Early in her career, she joined Tiffany & Co. in New York City as a Manager of Design and Construction. Quickly advancing in the company, Dana deVille became Director of Construction Services Worldwide in 1997 and subsequently achieved the position of Director of Real Estate Development in 2001.

Her responsibilities in this position entailed planning, lease negotiation and building retail properties and manufacturing facilities throughout the world. In addition to expanding existing operations in the United States, Canada, and Europe, Ms. deVille led the scaling of operations in establishing the company's first store locations in China, Brazil, and Mexico. During the course of her career with Tiffany & Co., she helped to open more than 120 new locations in resorts, urban storefronts, and luxury malls. She notably saved the company nearly $100 million in profit preservation through strategic lease negotiations. Beyond her work with Tiffany & Co., Dana deVille also holds recent career experience as Director of Real Estate for Fifth & Pacific Co.—Juicy Couture at 1440 Broadway in New York City.

An active member of her field, Dana deVille has held affiliations with organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers and Architecture for Humanity. Her recent professional speaking engagements include serving as a panel speaker at Smart Talk for Smart Women in 2008 and serving as a guest lecturer at the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2012.

Dana deVille earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design at Texas A&M University and studied Real Estate Development at New York University SCPS. She currently resides in New York City.
