During my Master in Social Psychology and Training & Development I experienced that I quickly understand other people’s conflicts, ideas and goals and this puts me in the position to provide them the essential support.
I like to be on top of projects, to have an overview of what is going on. I look at projects from different perspectives, focus on the core and come up with a realistic and practical action plan.
International ambitions:
I obtained my richest life experiences living abroad in San Francisco and São Paulo. Working at global companies and being involved in different committees worldwide showed me how stimulating diverse teams are. Integrating different perspectives and experiences gives me energy and I strongly believe it enhances my performance.
Currently I am looking for a job in HR/ Training & Development/ Project Management
