Previous medical student and restauranteur my two worlds collided through a series of life long illness and family struggle. Born with Tetralogy of Fallot and a host of other abnormalities, I struggled to stay healthy. I thought entering the medical field would give me more knowledge to help others and in turn learned how to truly help myself gain optimal health. The story is long but the outcome is this. Everything you put in your mouth matters, so don't take it for granite. You can hurt or heal yourself with every bite.
