Dana Grose

Hi! I am Dana "Danielle" Grose! Welcome to me! I live in Oxford, MS (Hotty Toddy!), and work as an Account Service Representative II at C Spire. I have been with C Spire for 6 years, working as the face of the company in retail sales. The thing I love most about my job is definitely the customer interaction. I have the opportunity each day to advocate for my company. I have the privilege of introducing new customers to C Spire, reminding current customers of why they chose C Spire, and even taking criticism from customers and turning it around for them!

I have accomplished a lot in my 6 years of employment with C Spire. Promotions, sales awards, team training, and most recently receiving the Quarterly Sales All Star award for being number four in the company for Quarter 3!

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my two children, Jason, 13 and Savannah, 5, and my fiancé Jody. Family game night is our favorite! I also like to travel, spend time with a close nit group of friends, and relax while sipping coffee, reading, listening to music, or researching new technology.

I believe that you should always strive to grow in every aspect of your life. I love to learn and master new skills, ideas, and practices. I love a challenge! I thrive on them!
