Dana John Heimbecker

Niagara Falls, Canada

Dana was drawn to the world of Martial Arts where he obtained his black belt in Katsudo te Jitsu at the age of 10 in 1995. Dana’s constant work ethic to get better,lead him to a division one NCAA athletic scholarship in the Conference USA at Marshall University in Huntington West Virginia. Dana’s soccer career led him to play professional in Belgium and then to Germany in to partake in professional trials.

In 2010,Dana flew to Mexico to obtain his Yoga-Alliance 200 hour (RYT-200) Teacher Certification from the Yandara-Yoga Institute, enabling him to expand his skillset and teach yoga to others.

Over the years, Dana’s completed certifications as Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms),in USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Level 1 and in Poliquin International Certification Program Level 2 certifications (PCIP-2).

Shortly after completing Functional Range Conditioning FRC® certification,Dr. Andreo Spina (founder) hired Dana as a Functional Range Conditioning FRC® instructor to assist in the delivery of certification courses around the world.

Dana works as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Niagara Ice Dogs (OHL). He has guided professional (AHL, NHL and MLS), collegiate and amateur athletes through designed movement sessions and periodized programs. Dana also currently works as Head Coordinator of Athletic Development for No Limit Performance Basketball, alongside Skills Coach, Mihai Raducanu.
