In no particular order, this is what I love: Laughter, friends, family, hiking, intelligence, sunshine, the beach, animals, good red wine, meditation, prayer, healthy food, laughter, stimulating conversation, witty banter, playful confidence, music, travel & adventure, concerts, animals, laughter, sunsets, purposeful living, God, healthy emotional & physical intimacy, trusting & open communication, laughter, simple & authentic kindness, trail running, mineral springs, swimming, yoga, cycling, old cars, photography, art, vintage, reading, good films, flip flops, jeans & t-shirts... Did I mention laughter? These are things I'm not a fan of: Kenny G, country music, texting in the middle of dinner conversation, people who say they'll do something then never do it, running out of coffee, 9/11 truthers & moon landing conspiracy theorists, people who constantly politicize everything, bad cinema, cigarette smoke, ultra conservatives, extreme liberals, & people who lack the courage to be authentic. In one of my more evolved moments I might describe myself as a spiritually aware, open hearted, intuitive, present, mindful, environmentally conscious, intellectually inquisitive, compassionate woman...at other moments that definition might be up for grabs. Within the context of my life, I'm currently concentrating much of my time on authenticity, really listening to people, deep connection, living simply, and how the courage to be vulnerable can transform relationships.
