Dana Marie Booker

Dana Marie Booker owns and operates, Clean Writers, Inc., a corporation that focuses on selling Christian Fiction novels that she authors and distributes online. This genre reveals truths about Christian living through story telling and offers Biblical principles for day to day living. Booker traded in her job as a reporter for The Gardena Valley News to write her first novel, Family Secrets. It was written in 2002 out of what she thought was a necessity. The avid reader would find interesting books, but would constantly stumble over four-letter words and graphic sexual content that just didn't agree with her on Sunday morning. In an effort to find an alternative she eventually wrote what she wanted to read... "An attorney is murdered to conceal a Will that names an illegitimate black child as heir to a family's massive fortune." Her first novel, Family Secrets is a juicy mystery; the page-turner caters to those who are sensitive to vulgarity. It's pure fiction and a whole lot of fun. Since then, Booker has written two more novels, More Secrets, and a third installment, Secret Sins, which has become part of a series. Her passion for revealing controversial topics that solve problems through Christian principles have become a common thread in each book. Booker is an alumni of The University of Phoenix where she recieved her Bachelor of Science in Business Communications. She volunteers her time at local libraries teaching writing classes, she regularly attends booksignings for book clubs, retail stores, and church congregations. Booker is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and a member of her church for fifteen years where she serves in the cycling ministry and bereavement committee. She owns a second company, Your Mobile Notary, a document signing service that specializes in loan document signings, although offers any notarial service including document retrievals and deliveries. Booker enjoys reading, writing, music, movies, tanning at the beach, interior design, stimulating conversation.
