Dan is the Founder and CEO of the Washington, D.C.-based event planning software company, Social Tables. The award-winning platform has been used to source, plan and execute over nearly one million events since 2011. The company has 4,000 customers in 100 countries and has been recognized as one of the best places to work in the D.C. area by the Washington Post and SmartCEO.

Social Tables has won numerous industry awards, including Best Industry Innovation from the International Special Event Society, an Honorable Mention from EIBTM, and the People's Choice Award from Canadian Special Events.

Dan has been recognized as an industry leader by several publications including BizBash, Event Solutions, and Successful Meetings. He serves on the Convention Industry Council’s Apex standards committee and on the Philadelphia CVB’s Customer Advisory Board.

Prior to Social Tables, Dan was a human capital management consultant, ran a 15,000-member association, worked for a senior Member of Congress, and owned a web design firm.

Dan has a BA from Hunter College and an MBA from Georgetown. He was born in Israel, grew up in NYC, and lives in Washington, D.C.
