Hello, I am a CHT and work at the Renal Care Center at PMMC. I am also an Independent Emerald Team Beachbody Coach with Team Beachbody! Helping others with getting healthy and fit. I can help you pick the right program for you and get you started on it, keep you motivated and on track. Also there is an opportunity for you to do the same for others if you have the same interest in getting financially fit also. I am a wife, mother of 3 grown children, and 4 grandchildren, 2 stepdaughters and 1 stepgrandson. Family is my why on what I do in life! I also love working out helping others, riding motorcycle, decorating my home, baking, shopping, and going to the beach! I have done charity work for the National Kidney Foundation for 3 years now, holding an event to show and teach awareness of Kidney Disease. It is a motorcycle ride where bikers, families of dialysis patients, and other interested people get together to show their support for this great cause! MOTIVATION IS WHAT GETS YOU STARTED!
