I am a Afrikan folkloric performance artist! Anthropology is really my thang, and dance is my expression of culture. I am a performing artist, teaching artist and advocate for arts education in schools from kindergarten through doctorate level. I am passionate about the work of artists from all over the earth! I love nature and music...it calms me! I build community, and enjoy seeing and feeling the effect of respect, love, sharing and caring that create com-unity. I am a city urban girl, and want to spend a portion of my life in the country, amidst the trees and symphony of sounds- life that is abundant there. I love water..it connects and calms me.
