Dan Chamberlain (37th Parallel)

An experienced real estate investor and operations manager, Dan Chamberlain currently serves as the COO of 37th Parallel Properties. He oversees physical asset management and financial performance for the organization’s portfolio of commercial multifamily properties, which consists of more than $100 million in assets. As the operational leader of the real estate investment and asset management firm, Dan Chamberlain has a central role in all financing, acquisitions, due diligence, and capital events.Before joining 37th Parallel Properties’ executive team, Dan Chamberlain served as the director or solutions analysis and quality assurance at Affinion Group/Trilegiant Loyalty Solutions in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, he oversaw several customer-facing business lines and set the organizational and budgetary direction for a team of 30 direct and indirect employees. He also improved a wide variety of information technology processes, including a full software development lifecycle methodology and other audit and compliance initiatives. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chamberlain served as a senior enterprise consultant with Whitlock eBusiness Solutions, where he was the lead business analyst for Trilegiant Loyalty Solutions. He oversaw all technical and functional requirements for the company’s multimillion-dollar loyalty program and created design documents for several web channels and functional areas. He also assisted with project plan review and introduced a new issues resolutions methodology. Mr. Chamberlain received his bachelor of science in engineering from Bucknell University. While attending college, he gained experience through a summer program at the Institute for Leadership in Technology and Management. During the early years of his career, he served as a consultant with Andersen Business Consulting.
