Have an inquisitive mind, always searching for new ideas and inspiration. I believe in the capacity of sport to change lives and impact on society. As a former swimmer who competed for as long as I can remember for the City of Birmingham and City of Cardiff in Sprint Freestyle, my interest very much lies within sport. I have played and coached Rugby Union and Rugby League within Wales and currently work in sport with an interest in performance programmes, sports coaching and talent development.Also currently studying for a Professional Doctorate in Sport at Cardiff Metropolitan whilst attempting to fit in as much Surfing and adventures as possible.
