I'm a former documentary filmmaker and personal historian who is now retired. I volunteer at Victoria Hospice and devote my time to writing, photography, and friends.
I live happily with my partner of forty-two years and our tabby cat who runs our lives. I love learning, a good strong cup of tea, early morning light, haiku poetry, and the smell of freshly baked bread.
My guiding principle in life comes from Mahatma Gandhi who said, "Be the change you want to see in the world."
