Dan Dolan

Dan is an Executive Coach with a strong belief in the power of teams and the importance of lifelong learning in growing leadership abilities. Dan is committed to helping team members and executives build their leadership capacity through reflection and conversation. Dan does a great deal of work with Queen's School of Business in Kingston, Ontario. He has worked with over 100 teams and hundreds of participants across all of Queen’s MBA programs and also does work with the QSB Executive Education Leadership Program, facilitating team exercises and debriefing 360 degree feedback assessments with participants. Dan is also a Certified SkillPath Trainer, delivering public and on-site seminars on a variety of topics. Over the past 30 years, Dan has worked in high-technology sales, broadcasting, operations management, and in coaching and facilitation. Dan works with individuals and organizations as a catalyst for positive change, focusing particularly on skills and knowledge that impact the bottom line. He brings leadership and an upbeat, entertaining presentation style to his projects. Dan is bilingual (English and French) and comfortable in either language.
