I run CNSLTNCY, an operations consulting practice focused on replacing manual and compensating work with systems that can actually carry it.

Most teams I’ve worked in weren’t failing. Things technically functioned, but only because people coordinated manually, handled exceptions, and held fragile processes together by force. Over time, that work becomes invisible, exhausting, and hard to unwind.

I’ve spent the last 15 years as an operator inside scaling teams across fintech, media, and e-commerce. I work inside the mess, build what should exist, make sure it holds under real conditions, and step away once the work no longer comes back.

I’m currently focused on applying this in and around PE-backed portfolio companies, post-acquisition transitions, and scaling organizations dealing with execution drift, operational debt, and load-bearing manual workflows. I’m open to the right fit through consulting as well as operating roles where the mandate is to make systems hold.
