I often used the quote “Everyone is meant for greatness but not everyone will be great”. Everyone has the potential to reach greatness, but it requires hard work, dedication, and some luck. Not everyone will have the opportunity, resources, or support to take advantage of these potentials and make it to greatness.

We can all be successful if we strive for greatness; some expect gold to come at their door step without going search for it while others dig in search for gold and end up with platinum. In order to be great you have to find the greatness in, you are the hindrance to your greatness!
