ok, so i can build anything anyone needs anywhere they want it built.
i can also think sideways and in 5d and up
I'm used to organising hippies (cat-herding) and getting volunteers to work until they drop and still be happy...
I can sell just about anyone anything as long as i believe in what I'm selling
I won't sell a concept i don't agree with, and will pull the plug on any project or crew that is totally out of alignment no matter what it costs me or how much time i have invested. no point flogging a dead horse..
Normally this means that something will stop dead until they have sorted out their issues and got back on track. Its much faster and less damaging in the long run. ~Only to be used in extreme situations that would otherwise cost the people involved everything.
With a normal company ( not a starseed crew) i can generally work out where their power struggles are based, and find some way to readdress the imbalance and get people to take responsibility for their bit, and let go of, or drop there interference in others responsibilities. bringing them back in to balance with each other so every one feels, and are, empowered and able to trust each other... hopefully without having to remove people. those that need to go will leave of their own accord. Most of the time that i do this i will be in the background quietly talking to one person or another, gently nudging things along, or pouring energy and time into one person, building them up and helping them to find their power again. THEY HAVE TO BE THE ONE THAT HOLDS THEIR POWER IN THE MEETING - I'll not step in and do it for them if i can avoid it; teach them how to do it and they will keep going... do it for them and they fall over when one stops..
Ok what else ... i can and do make connections between people, linking one person or crew to another, directing the resources in time and experience of the collective so that people have the support that they need.
er i don't sleep much and my normal working week is from 80 - 120 hours... whether that be online or planning or physical manual labour
I really need to learn to take time off and to do more with that time than just sit and read a book. not so good at going and having fun and adventuring any more... seem to have forgotten how... something that I'm working on. but when one's highest excitement is to do this stuff. stopping seems somehow boring.
Oh i also do and
